Technical features.

This machine layout is smart and compact which also adopted humanized design in terms of operating habits.
The operation interface is made of colorful LCD touch screen, and the whole machine system is controlled by PLC.
Follow up filling, position filling or lifting filling methods.
Precise CAM technology to take the cap for capping. The capping unit adopts servo technology to control the capping force. By changing the servo drive output parameters to change the rotate speed,ensures the force of the push-on cap is relatively constant. And the quantitative setting ,quantitative control are made to ensure that the cap is capped properly on the bottles.
With the equipment operation monitoring function. The operation condition of the main parts of the machine has a dynamic display on the HMI, which makes the operation state of the machine clear at a glance, easy to operate and maintain. When the machine is in a state of alarm, in addition to the sound and light alarm, the dynamic display alarm position and cause can be displayed on the HMI.
The whole line is made of intelligent control, the upstream and downstream stations running are with interlocking control function.
Most parts are made of stainless steel SUS 304#, aluminum alloy material, etc. and the filling needle made of 316L material, in line with the pharmaceutical enterprises GMP requirements and other industry products packaging requirements.
